Conrad Hotels and Majestic Resorts Inc has recently announced its plan for all new high-rise luxury hotels in Las Vegas which will be an all suite and no casino luxury hotel. The whole project is estimated to cost about $350,000,000. The project involves a 60 story, 378 suite five-star Conrad Las Vegas. There will also be a 286 ultra luxury residences which would be in Majestic Resort and residences facing Las Vegas Boulevard.

Conrad Hotel will make the first 30 floors of the hotel, and Majestic resorts will have the task to build another 30 which will consist of 286 high-end condominiums. The tower will have 14,000 square foot health club, European style luxury

spa concierge, 24-hour doorman and valet, luxury dining spots and a shopping and entertainment complex.

McCarran International Airport got highest number of visitors in 2004 and it was a new record. The number of passengers that arrived and departed from McCarran International Airport reached to about 41.4 million. The total number of passengers in 2004 is more then 12 percent increase then 2003. It is also increase of more then 12 percent from the previous record of 37 million in 2000.
